I went in with straight hair down to my waist and wanted a straight blunt cut right above my bra strap. It is far from it. It looked straight then when I got home washed my hair I realized it was extremely uneven. So I called and let the lady know and she said come back in and I will fix it well she made it worse. Now my hair is a hot mess and so uneven that if they fix it anymore it will end up above my shoulders. So I would not recommend this place. Every one in my family said you get what you pay for. Now I will have to pay to have it fixed. 😡 I even took a picture of what it looks like but I it won't let me post the picture.

Fiaza is great. I have very natural curly hair, she understands how much different that is. Won't go anywhere else.

Unpleasant, unprofessional service. I was expecting a gentler experience. But mid-cut, the woman that was cutting my hair gets her next customer that sits down right next to us, and they start chatting and she’s being much nicer to her yet gave me the stone face the whole time lol? K. On top of that she overcharged me when I clearly saw her prices stamped onto the wall in front of me that were in plain sight 😂 it was $5 over what she should’ve charged me but okay girl there’s your tip. Don’t expect me ever to come back here again. It has been 11 months of me growing out my hair back to normal, so that haircut cost me 11 months of insecurity. She was rude the entire time. Don’t come here unless you want the worst customer service while getting a cut AND a very slight chance of even getting a decent one. There’s your review. I came in late January of 2018.

I believe the blonde women that’s always here is Faiza her self. My husband and I have been here 2/4 times and she’s verey rude and unprofessional. Her price is average but I’d rather pay 2.00 more for kind and customer friendly service honestly. I seen her yelling @ one of her employees while cutting a clients hair ( WOW) . Then I over heard another employee venting about the work “conditions” and non livable wages to my husband while cutting his hair. She did not know him and that was his first time coming in so it must be true for her to indulge such personal info. She really needed to vent! Here’s a tip I understand that small business owners are trying to make it but doesn’t give you the right to treat people unkind! Happy employees = Friendly service, friendly service = happy customers and happy customers pay for convenience! I personally travel to Portland for my eyebrows and etc because it’s outrageously expensive? No because they always go the extra mile and smile ask how my day or just generally try to spark up convo! My husband has been in 4 times since we moved to Vancouver and tipped all 4 times and never once have you made convo or smiled. I’m sure you are a verey personable person and just need to be reminded we are all human and sometimes a simple hello goes along ways...! Best of luck with your business we will not be returning.
