I’ve been going to HairMasters in factoria for more than 4 years. Dai is a great hairstylist and he is amazing and super friendly. I would never go to anyone else as he is the best. He knows my perfect hair color and always gives me an appointment at a very short notice. Totally trust him with my hair color and cut.

I have a piercing on my face which makes me fear hair stylists after so many have clipped it with a comb and left me bleeding even after I warned them. I was surprised when I found lilian at hair masters, she did an amazing job on my hair and was very careful; also many people just quickly wax my eye brows but she spent her time making them perfect without a single out of place hair. I never thought to go to hair masters in the first place but was pleasantly surprised and don't think I could go to anyone else. And I never thought I would say that.

I've been coming for years, but recently there's new staff that simply don't understand they're in a service industry. Jeff, who was quite timid and left me feeling unconfident in his abilities gave me an OK haircut, but as I left I had to advise him that nobody wants the hair clippings blown of their necks with his mouth. No joke! I don't recall the name of a dark haired fifty something russian accented woman, but when I walked in last week, she told me I was going to have to leave. I asked her why and she pointed to three people waiting and said it would be too long to wait. ????? I asked her how long the wait would be and she said 30 minutes. I think I'm a better judge of whether I should wait 30 minutes for a hair cut, not her. I cannot believe her manager wants her to be telling people to go away. Recalling she gave me a sub standard haircut the last time and considering it was a 50% chance Id be subjected to her skills again, I left. Brenda at the Factoria shop did a wonderful job.
