Please look up her reviews on yelp under salon 990 in Bellevue - so many people have been screwed by her. Went to see Melissa “Lyssa” today with her Groupon for a full balayage. I’m not sure she knows how to do that technique since mine looks nothing like the ones I got done in the past. I asked for two things which is natural colored blonde highlights and no line of where the color starts so that it looks like re-growth. In the end she turned my hair orange and I can’t put my hair in a ponytail bc it has a line across the top of my head. When I texted to see if I could come back in she called me and got very defensive and rude so I hung up. Then I get a text saying “Did you just hang up to my face??” Super professional! I blocked her number before she could cuss me out like the other girl that posted on here. She doesn’t have the skills to do what she is claiming but worst of all is the response to fixing what she botched.

Stylist did not do the coloring I asked for. Had to go to another stylist to get it fixed $$$

Horrific experience. First, she has terrible availability for those will full time jobs. Then, she mentions, which is not in the Groupon, that extra charges start at $25+ depending on length of hair. Fully prepared to give up my $67 rather than work with this lady, I looked up the Groupon policy. I requested a time after the expiration, per Groupon policy on booking time, and she said no and to contact Groupon, with a smart aleck 😘. Then, she proceeded to call me a b*** and call me retarded. I will be working with Groupon to resolve, rather than this awful woman. Then she proceeded to mark the Groupon as used, even though there is 3 weeks left in the Groupon and it has not been used. Buyer beware.

One of the best stylist. Had a good time, good conversation and went out with a super soft hair and a nice hair cut! Bought a gift certificate for my friend also!
