On December 19th, 2017 I went in for a Shampoo/Cut/Color/blow dry, my stylist was Amanda and it was amazing! She was so kind, understanding, and personable. I WILL be coming back for future visits!

I went in one day feeling really blah and depressed. As a large woman this is a common feeling. By chance I happened to land in Kaylee's chair and I'm so glad that I did. She took the time to educate me about what was going on with my hair and explained to me how to fix all the damage I'd done by excessive coloring. Not only that, but I left with a stunning haircut. I've been in 3 or 4 times since then and each time I leave I feel better than ever. Additionally, I would like to add that all the ladies who work here are amazing. I've had lots of retail experience and I never worked with people that I liked and respected as much as these women seem to care about each other. One final note. I am disabled. I have MS and can only walk a few feet and stand for a few seconds before I start having excruciating pain. Because of this, I always have to use one of the store scooters. During one of my visits, the Walmart management became very rude and upset that I had a scooter sitting there for when I was done. She claimed that they were for Walmart customers only. Considering roughly 2/3rds of my disposable income goes to Walmart since that's the only place I can afford to shop, I was really upset by this. Kaylee and her manager stood up for me and even went to go find another scooter for me to use after my hair was done. Each time I've been in since then, Kaylee has made sure I have a scooter to use when I leave. This is so far above and beyond and it's so nice to be treated with respect and caring each time I arrive. I will never go anywhere else and if Kaylee were to go somewhere...I would follow. She's truly a star.

Kaylee spent over 8 hours lighting my hair from black to a blonde and I couldn't be more pleased at my results. She was great to talk to and does an amazing job. Second session in less than a month!
