Husband has been going to this location for years and overall it has been a great experience...until this week when he went to get a trim and ended up taking over an hour to cut his hair which was not what he wanted. His cut was so uneven another stylist or maybe manager had to come over and correct his haircut. His hair is not what he wanted and way shorter. We have our high school reunion to go to this weekend and to boot he was late to work and they charged him! Very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen but not impressed in which the situation was handled.

This is great hair cut salon, we just did hair cut here for the first time and love it. we will return back for all our family members.

I have had great haircuts at this place in the past however my last trip was really disappointing. I first told the wait was 10 minutes only to wait 20 minutes. Then I was given a haircut by an older lady who gave me a very choppy unprofessional cut that just looks sloppy. The experience was underwhelming to say the least.

Good haircut most of the time. They seem to have decent staff and good prices. Been coming for years and they have only messed up once. Look for discounted days as they often have sales.
