I called Cousins in desperation to get a botched haircut/color corrected. I mistakenly allowed a friend of a friend to save me some money, but the result was horrendous. Cousins was quick to help get in for a consult to review the disaster. I met with Liz, who was very friendly and reviewed options with me. She was straight up with what could be done and made no empty promises, which I appreciated. She got me scheduled right away and got my hair looking fantastic. We weren't sure what could be salvaged, but in the end it was better than I thought. This salon has a really fun and warm team. I am looking forward to making them my main-go-to for all future hair needs.

It's always very warm and professional there and everyone their acts like they either know you or they've known you for a long time. I've been following my hairstylist for over 20 years and I've never left there with a bad feeling. It's always a drive since I live in north Everett now but I always try and get early appointments during the week.

My stylist was easygoing and made great conversation. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but I told him I wanted it shorter, but to still be able pull it up in a ponytail. He definitely delivered! I love my new style. I will certainly be back.
