Ok I’m going to make this short cus it has taken three times to try and submit this... The building is old DIRTY and has not been taken care of, cracked window upon interning, bad store front. English is a second language for the employees (not upset about that, but that if they don’t understand you they won’t ask for help from another employee). This resulted in my boyfriend having to correct them and stop them mid cut from continually messing up his hair and trying to fix it. Now he is the type that never complains ever, that’s what I’m for ;) however this cut was soooo bad because they didn’t listen to his simple instruction that he had to say something. The worst part of it was the manager was listening the entire time and when he finally got to the point of making a complaint they had already had a conversation (not in English) about giving him the haircut for free. DO NOT GO HERE! **** UPDATE. now that his hair has grown out a bit it is obvious what a bad job they did. He says it is the worst haircut he has had in 15 years. I don’t know about you, but guys seem to be a bit easy going with their hair and this is still haunting us.

So I went into sports clips on a week day around 3oclock there was no line and super friendly service by all of the staff. Camilla did an amazing job cutting my hair she did a perfect fade I was surprised! At the end of the cut I chatted with Kari for about 5 minuets about life when I was checking out not a lot of people are that personal no more I appreciated the friendly chat! definitely I would recommend this sports clips in the Lynnwood Alderwood Plaza to someone I know

Service here is incredible! Never have to wait long AND a couple of the ladies here give the best scalp massage ;). It is so good I usually fall into a deep dream like trance...
