Today was my first visit at Smart Style! Poor Cindy she must have thought I was crazy, but she did exactly as I asked her to do, and I Love it! I will return and just maybe let her have her way with me cause she is a great Lady, and great stylist! Thanks Again Cindy. Mary Beasock

I came in today with long hair I’d grown out for almost a year and a half and requested to keep the length but add long layers. I was hoping to make my hair look nice for some 4-generation pictures being taken in Arizona this weekend. Now my hair looks worse than before... the stylist even said “I don’t know what happened” after she gave me a choppy uneven haircut that I can’t even put up into a bun anymore. Had another stylist “finish” the cut and I know she did the best she could but it still looks awful. The more I look at it the more upset I am about it. It’s not like I asked for a complicated cut... long layers... easy. I’m floored at how horrible it looks. It seriously looks like I cut it myself at home and I’m devastated because we’re only going to have one chance for these pictures which I’ll now look terrible for.
