This is for the pedicure and manicure only:
This was the second time I had visited this place for manicure/pedicure only.
I saw many people get their hair cut and styled and think they do an excellent job at that. But nails - no - go someplace else.
I had an appointment but she did not start until 25 minutes after my appointment. I realize this is Colville but I'm a busy mom and do not have time to waste.
Manicure: I had a natural manicure, no color. She did a good job filing and trimming the cuticles, which I needed. I asked for buffing only. She only buffed, did not shine. Some of the nails were still dirty so she did not clean them well. I came home to dull nails. The hand massage was short but felt good. Paid $15.
Pedicure: Good clean, warm, bath. The massage chair did not work so she hit the chair with me in it, which was shocking, trying to get it to work. It turned on but the massage balls did not have any contact with my back, so no, it does not work. Her manual massage on the legs and feet was short but felt good. She painted the nails well. I asked for a painted flower and it was a flop. She should have told me she does not do flowers. I came back later because I could not stand the messy flower and she was kind to remove it and repaint my nail (after I waited another 15 mintues). I asked for a row of rhinestones to be placed on the nail. She had such a hard time lining them up and placing them. I think she has bad eye sight. Also, I saw one towel she used to dry my legs had a lot of stains on it. Yuck.
She was nice but the quality of her work was low.
My mom loves this place for her hair cut.
