Do not go here for a pixie cut. I called first asking if there was anyone there who was comfortable trimming up a pixie cut, I got attitude on the phone when she replied “well yeah, everyone here can do that.” When I came in I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could just trim it up a bit since it had grown past my ears...unfortunately, she treated it like a men’s hair cut. Asked me several times “so, cut like right here?” How do I know?? She’s the one who said she was comfortable with a pixie cut..she cut the sideburns way too short (like for a men’s cut) and totally disregarded the cowlick I have on the crown. I wish she would have just told me over the phone that she didn’t have much experience with pixie cuts. However, she was pretty nice and talkative. Conversation was good.

Haircut was good, but Shaun-Ta was rude. Please if you don't enjoy doing hair do something else. Also my daughter got her hair trimmed and it cost $22 that's a bit pricey for just getting your ends clipped.

Went in for a trim and walked out with my hair totally butchered. The woman who cut my hair (Vicki) attempted to cut it without even asking which way I part it, shoved a mirror in my face without saying a word when she was finished with the cut, and did a fast and lazy job of the cut in general. I spoke and she never replied, it was awkward, uncomfortable, and downright disappointing. I walked out wanting to cry, and sadly my anxiety disorder kept me from trying to even make my feelings known, not that she would have understood or cared in the least. My hair is way shorter than what I requested and looks like a toddler went at it with Crayola scissors. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back. **update! I placed a call to the manager and he advised me to come in for a visit to discuss the above mentioned haircut disaster. When I came in, he was very understanding, pleasant to speak with, and also, he completely fixed the mess that was my hair. I left feeling much better and felt that he made this otherwise infuriating situation right. I would definitely be back to visit him, he’s obviously talented and cares about his customers’ experiences.

My little boy left in tears!! The gal who cut his hair did not speak English very well and apparently said she understood but didn’t. To bad you can glue hair back on. And then she charged me $23.00 for it.

Absolutely love the haircuts I receive from this place! Kori is my personal favorite when it comes to a getting a short, professional grade style undercut. Although $23 is a bit expensive for my liking, Kori makes the cut worth every single dollar! She really pays attention to detail, making sure to seamlessly blend between each length of hair when doing a fade. I’m not quite sure how experienced she is with women’s hair, but if you are a guy looking for that clean, fresh-cut look, she’s a top choice. Highly recommend this place to anyone willing to pay the price! Each employee has their strengths so make sure to find the one that works best for your style.
