Bad Service and Customer Care

Beware from going to Bellared Salon. I had a bad experience with hair stylist Vere. She ruined my hair, refused to fix it, and took my money. The Owner and Manager Jesse purposely ignored my phone calls, emails, and refused to fix my hair. Don’t get ripped off. You are better off going to another Professional Hair Salon. This place sucks!!!

I wish I could give this salon, specifically Heather, more than 5 stars, this review is very overdue but I want to note that she is a phenomenal color master, plus the salon color educator, while simultaneously being very conscious of not compromising your hair. I appreciate the communication regarding price point for services and the fact she always keeps in mind what you want for your overall end hair goal, if it can't be accomplished in one session. It's been over a year of working with Heather to get back to blonde (I came to her with red hair!) after my hair was very damaged by previous color/products/neglect. Including pics of my color, that Heather has completed, and where I started with the red. I'm always so happy when I leave Bella Red, thank you!!! Oh, side note, the gal she is training, I think her name is Emory, is equally fabulous and so sweet. They work together incredibly well as a hair duo/team and it's really impressive to see such a strong and professional work ethic. Perhaps it's also worth mentioning that I literally stalked people's hair photos on Instagram for a solid year before committing to booking with Heather, my only suggestion would be, can you have the owner open an Olympia or Tacoma location? Until then I'll make the drive! Last two photos are where I started with color and very badly damaged hair, middle is current hair status. They are I believe an exclusive Bumble & Bumble salon plus clearly put a great deal of time and energy in perfecting color and cuts so obviously the price point is slightly higher than you might pay elsewhere but I think it's worth every penny!

I've been going to Bella Red for about 10 years. All of their stylists have been wonderful. My current stylist is Liv and they have been doing great work for me! I'm not a helpful hair client - I never know exactly what I want, I don't really want to do much with my hair (little to no effort), and I just tell them to do what they think will be good. Liv helped me with the growing my hair out struggle, then helps me keep it looking good. This last appointment, I gave them the super helpful instruction of "maybe some sort of bang, but not full bang thing" and they knocked it out of the park. Love my cut and we'll start working on color in upcoming appointments. Thanks Liv!

Been going to this salon for the last two years and love it! Vanessa takes her time to listen to what you want and asks questions to make sure you are getting the service you want. She is quick and is always on time. I’ve had interactions with other stylists while there and everyone is always super nice and hardworking! I definitely would recommend coming to see her!

I have been a client at Bella Red for 9 years and drive almost 2 hours to get there! Cara is the keeper of my crown but as I’ve watched the other stylists over the years, I feel like you’re in good hands with any of these talented artists! As for folks who think the expense is too much, I say your hair is the only accessory you wear every day! Definitely give them a try!

Excellent service, my hair looks healthy and shiny I loved Verenice's work. She was very friendly, happy person. Without being her client, she treated me as if I had been her client since I live in another state in the USA.
