Great customer service my wife likes getting her make up here likes the point system and returns policy is amazing. My wife enjoys all the free gifts and the variety and knowledgeable staff they will be very honest with you in a good way. If you're unsatisfied with the make up for whatever reason they will try to help you the best as possible. they don't rush you they give you all the information you need to make the best purchase possible.

Customer service was difficult to locate. Products were difficult to find because the store was very unorganized. Displays torn off the isles, products placed haphazardly. Things left on several isles by customers changing their mind, all over the store. One little girl wandering around the store to offer any help at all. The girls up front checking people out were very unfriendly. I was excited to see an Ulta out here in Yakima, if I had not been to others across the country I would have thought this was the norm. It was messy and unorganized like a dollar store. Used products on the shelves, not testers. Many testers missing, the ones that they had were damaged. Not one product in stock that I came in for.

Most of the staff is very friendly & welcoming :) a huge improvement compared to the first time I came here about 6 months ago! I moved here from California & I was having a hard time looking for someone to do my eyebrows but everywhere I went kept they did a poorly job & left one smaller than the other. However, I was recommended Meldy from a girl her who works at MAC & she did an amazing job!! They looked way better than before! I highly recommend 😁

Impossible to get help. The girl was helping someone, which I understand so we waited. 15 minutes after she was done we still couldn't manage to get her to come out from the back. She failed to acknowledge us the entire time we were there. It's not like we wandered off or didn't make it clear we needed help...I guess I'll have to find someone else who will help make my wedding look magical. Not a good first impression
