Jesse is amazing. I have always had great service here and I am very picky about my hair but when I come in he knows exactly what I want and need. Customer service is outstanding. Will never go anywhere else.

Came here for a fix after having my hair improperly colored elsewhere - and they were able to squeeze me in. I have been to many salons all over the US and this was one of my best experiences. Wonderful customer service, and I left feeling beautiful despite the circumstances. I believe my stylist was Jesse, he is fantastic.

I have had only GOOD experiences at this salon! I went was calling salons asking if they could get me in for a last minute blunt bob cut after I got off work - no one had openings. When I called Regis, Jesse answered the phone and made me feel like gold :) He pampered me and treated me like a queen AND gave me the most PERFECT blunt bob I've ever seen. I have continued to go to Jesse for my trims and each time, I leave feeling more happy and confident. He's a magician when it comes to hair. I recently made the mistake of going somewhere else (WORST MISTAKE EVER) and now have an appointment to see Jesse ASAP. Lesson learned.

I went in a couple months ago and got a full color and let me tell you the stylist was as friendly as a rock.. she didn’t even try to make conversation with me like a normal stylist does she was more interested in walking away and playing on her phone or going to sit by her co workers that were having a social gathering.. honestly that had to be the worst and most awkward hair salon experience I have EVER had in my whole entire life. You guys should really work on your customer service skills....

Went there and the lady compleatly disregarded the refrence photo of how i wanted my fiances hair. She just cut it and now i have to go get it redone by my normal hair place this place sucks.
