Ok so I'm used to a more expensive experience first off. Now without all the frills of that, and quite literally just a haircut. Ruben was fantastic, quick efficient, and certainly worth asking for when you go! The store in a whole is clean and not usually over busy. Don't expect full salon treatment for the price, you go in get your haircut and move on . Again I haven't had a haircut like this in some time Ruben knocked it out of the park. Two thumbs up!

These ladies are always nice and sweet. They are reasonable and willing to help. I came in two times real late at almost close to closing and the manager help me get a last minute hair cut. She saved me both times as I needed it for interviews and school the next day. These ladies are always nice and do well at cutting some hair.

They don't do appointments, stop you can either walk in out check in online. If you're going on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, go online and check in before you head over. The website will tell you how long the wait is at each location, and their computer will hold your place in line up to a half hour after the wait time has elapsed. You might still have to sit and wait for the next beautician, but you're essentially next up. They keep an electronic record of the style you got at your last visit so you don't have to remember. I got my last haircut in Boise, and months later the beautician in Everett know that I got a #4 clipper with ½" on top! Great place to get an inexpensive, consistent haircut, and by beautician was delightful. It was only my second haircut at Great Clips, but I will keep using this chain.

DO NOT LET YESENIA CUT YOUR HAIR! I've gone to this location for years and my most recent visit was a nightmare. I checked in online, they have record of what I prefer. Told her how to cut it, she started and it wasn't being done correctly. I told her and she immediately proceeded to say something I don't recall since attitude causes me to shut down. I asked her to check her attitude and please do as I, as the customer, was paying for. Her immediate response was "You started it...". At that point I couldn't leave she had already began cutting. I told her I didn't start anything I was simply telling her how I wanted my hair cut. She then proceeded to continue to cut by Butchering my hair. I now look like a boy! It's uneven, layers can be seen, feathering is sporadic and not even at all! Needless to say she got no tip. She was very rude, pulled my hair, slapped my head with the comb, more than once, blew hair into my ears and down my shirt. There is NOTHING I can do to get it fixed ... it's like I have a butch haircut. She needs her license taken away!

I loved my cut! Jennifer was my stylist and she gave me exactly what I asked for! You can also check in ahead of time on their site. That way you don't have to wait too long in the wait room.
