I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and I told them that I need a haircut and color. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, no one greeted me. I rang the bell, no one came. I walked in to the back rooms to see if anyone was there. There was a woman getting her hair blow dryed and no one else, so I went to the front desk and waited. I waited for 22 minutes and finally 2 women came and said they did not hear anything. They did not apologize once. I told them what I wanted and one of them said there wouldn't be enough time. I told her I understood, since balyage usually take about 4 hrs, so I said just do the style cut and she didn't even want to do that. She criticized the color I wanted, she said she wasn't sure about the style I wanted and then let me know it would be around $350. I told her I knew how much it was and to just do the cut that I asked for. She said it would take an hour for the cut and she did not have time at the moment. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR THAT TIME, HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE TIME?! I walked out and went to Bryson Speer Salon a few doors up. I was greeted instantly and was given a short consult right there an then.

Great service! Kiim is talented, creative,and has fair prices for the quality of her hair. I highly recommend her for matching color, texture, and custom made solutions for difficult and problem hair. She is willing to take your hair to health while making you beautiful in the meantime.
