Beautiful little shop! We are visiting from out of town and my daughter needed a back to school haircut. We enjoyed the experience so much we booked my son's first haircut on the spot! I highly recommend this shop! Please be aware they ONLY accept cash or checks!!!

My husband & I took our son here for his first haircut. Nicole was amazing! Lots of fun toys to keep him busy, lollipop, tv, and a cool airplane chair to sit it! I definitely recommend this place to take your kids for their haircuts!

We were visiting from out of town and decided my 4 year old needed a haircut. Looked at several places, but Wild Child seemed like a great fit. Easy to make appointment on Schedulicity. Charlotte was our hair dresser and she did an excellent job!! She was patient and attentive. Probably the best haircut he has received (in his short life, but has had >12). Too bad we don’t live in Tacoma otherwise we would be bringing my son often!

We adore this place. We were going to another place that featured cheap and quick cuts for kids which helps when the kids get squirmy but the haircuts looked terrible. We have gotten very good looking, high quality cuts here. Our boys love the toys, and that they get to sit in airplanes and watch cartoons while getting their hair cut. Our 2 year old still gets a little nervous but within a couple minutes he is okay and lets Samantha do whatever she wants to his hair even using the clippers. It is more expensive than other places but for us it is 100% worth it and we are generally pretty frugal. Because the cuts are so good it also allows us to spread the time out further between cuts because they grow out nicely unlike other places where a sloppy cut is really noticeable right away as it grows.
