Sometimes you get a really good hair cut and sometimes a really bad one, depending on who cuts it. I appreciate the convenience of booking online.

Went in for a trim and the lady who cut my hair was super pushy for a sale. She grabbed bottles off the wall before letting me pay and loudly said in front of the other clients that it "would get rid of YOUR dandruff." I didn't ask, I don't have dandruff, and there are better ways of suggesting a new shampoo than trying to shame me into one. No tact.

Showed a photograph of the layered cut I wanted and told her to cut next to nothing on the bottom. I walked out looking worse than Shaggy from Scooby Doo. There were inches of my hair on the floor! It's a disaster. Now I have to find someone to fix it. Never returning.
