Melanie helped with hair for my wedding. Her work was fantastic. She was able to create the exact look that I wanted based off of only a few photos. She was very accommodating to small changes that I wanted and extremely polite! She worked with my four bridesmaids and two flower girls to create the exact looks that everyone wanted. Her technical skills are above reproach! Her attitude is absolutely amazing! I cannot praise her enough for being part of the team effort that saved my wedding... the makeup artist that I hired was awful and ended up storming out before doing her job. Melanie was so level headed about the entire situation and helped keep me calm. She even offered to help with makeup! Her positive attitude, cheerful spirit, and wonderful personality definitely made my wedding a success. She is a huge asset to this salon!

I had a similar experience to Cristina's. Same person cut my hair. I came discussing my fear of hair cuts from ALWAYS getting my hair butchered. This was my first hair cut in three years. I just wanted the side evened out. I was told a couple inches on the long aside would have to be cut off to even it out to the shorter side. Halfway through the cut she said another inch would need to be cut off. I felt the stylist was very distracted with gossiping with her co worker the whole time. In the end my hair 4-6 inches shorter, and the side that was longer is STILL 2 inches longer than the shorter side. I know hair will grow back but I am devastated on loosing my long curly locks and the waste of money.

I Absolutely hate this place with a passion. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Brianna butchered my hair. When I spoke with her over the phone she asked me to come in 30 min early to go over pics and show her what I want. I came in early, and showed her pics, and there was no follow thru. She was speaking a mile a minute and when I tried speaking, she over spoke me so It was nearly impossible for me to tell her to stop cutting my hair. My hair is finally starting to grow back after chemo therapy, so there wasnt alot of hair to cut and she still managed to butcher my hair. Its un even and just embarassing to go in public without a hat. I hate my hair so much. She charged me 55 dollars and told me it was 80 dollars if i wanted highlights. Hilights for what, u chopped my hair off!! There is now way I will ever trust u with my hair again! Never ever ever go to this place!!! Even the girls at my tanning salon said they are the worst place to go to...wish I would have known that before I stepped foot in this place. I would give this place zero stars if there was an option for it
