Best hair spa and hair salon in Seattle! Recommended. To start with, they only use all-natural (I believe mostly or all organic as well) products, which is the first thing I look for in a hair salon. Organic hair salons are fairly rare, even with today's organic popularity. Second, the stylists are excellent. In some other organic salons you feel like you compromise competency in exchange for the lack of chemicals, but not here. The spa itself is a labor of love - the owners have created a wonderful spa atmosphere with a multitude of special touches, like the chairs that completely recline for hair washing, and hot rocks you can hold during your treatment. The stylists are so nice and pleasant as well. They are very relaxed, friendly, and professional - you won't feel any "snob vibe" here like some places. I used to go to Mode Organic Salon before Vetiver opened, and there is no doubt Vetiver is so much better. I felt Mode often had a sort of snob vibe going on, and I also tried out quite a few of there stylists, and I think less than half of them are really skilled. Even if you don't live on the Eastside, Vetiver is worth the drive :)
