This is my wife's review that keeps getting removed, so I'm re-posting it along with a reply to a response I received from the owner.
Original: My haircut did not turn out the way that I wanted. It's much shorter (at least two inches) and choppier (too many layers) than I wanted or in the pictures I showed. But what can you do about it when they start cutting it too short? It's not like you can stop them. Very disappointed in trying a new salon.
Reply: I suppose I should have been clearer so there wasn't a miscommunication. The two photos I showed you has their hair, dried and styled, hitting just below their chin. Mine, dried and styled using a round brush, hits me at my jawline, not my chin. I made the assumption that by stating that I didn't want it shorter than my chin that it was understood to mean when it was dried and styled. The styles I showed you also angled slightly, shorter in the back and longer in front. Mine is shorter in the front.
I appreciate your responsiveness, but it doesn't change the fact that I'm unhappy with the results because it's not what I wanted.
