My girlfriend and I (like most people) waited till last minute to make an appointment to get her hair cut. After trying a few places to squeeze us in with no luck, we came across Janet's Salon who welcomed us right away. Brandie (who cut my GF's hair) was very accommodating and fit us into her schedule. She followed the example picture perfectly and did an amazing job! My girlfriend was so happy and excited about it. The place had a nice atmosphere and everyone there was friendly and kind :)

Made an appointment with Gail about a week and a half ago for 9am this morning. I walked in and saw Gail standing there and said "hello!" She looked at me with a blank stare and said hi? I said "am I early" She asked for what! I said I have an appointment at 9. She had another client there she was working on and there was one other (I think) hair dresser. They were both laughing at the situation and Gail made me feel pretty stupid in front of them which is completely disrespectful as a customer. After a bunch of excuses and being clueless she tried to convince me that she had about an hour if I wanted to stay. I declined. I'd rather go somewhere that is respectful. This would have been my third time there. The 2nd time there she poked her scissor into my boyfriends face, right by his eye! Ugh. Not good experiences so far. Not to mention today was a special day for me and she pretty much crushed it.
