Today I FINALLY talked my daughter to get her hair cut and we went in there was an older lady that was there .. honestly this was the biggest mistake EVER .. my daughter ran out of there crying .. the lady kept cutting and cutting i was thinking to myself maybe she's gonna fix it but by the time it was done.. it looked like a hair cut from the 70s . My daughter started crying i felt so bad that i was so pist that I almost started crying for the regret of even coming here. My daughter at school gets bullied and now she does even wanna go to school cause of it.. PLEASE DO URSRLF A FAVOR DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I've been coming here a couple years to see Virginia. In fact, I moved to Oregon April 2017 and I'm back up here in Oct 2107 to have her do my hair because I haven't found anyone in Oregon who does as good a job. Virginia is the best if you want a colorist who really knows her S$&T!

This hair salon is awful. The staff is extremely rude. We walked in for an appointment and they said we could get in about 20 minutes later - they did not write our name in for the appointment. We ran to the store and when we came back the woman who greeted us had a rotten attitude and was extremely unfriendly. I will never bring another dollar to this store.

Virginia is the one to see here. I've never gone to a chain beauty shop before but Virginia was recommended to me and her work is way above what one would expect at a Hairmasters Salon. She is an excellent colorist and cuts well too. I highly recommend her.
