Do you have curls? Don't come here. Save yourself the hassle. I came in because I managed to mess up my undercut plus needed a bit of a trim. Did not get a shampoo or condition - I thought that's standard with a haircut. Emma was friendly, but she cut my extremely curly hair while dry AND decided to brush the curls out. It's pretty obvious that you don't dry brush curls. I've been to the beauty school in Everett and even they knew not to cut my curls while they were dry.

Don’t recommend for guys, killed my hairstyle, cut my hair too short, used erratic cutting methods. Facility was good.

Made appts online. When we showed up were told they don't use the online system and didn't have time for us. Very nasty attitude and extremely rude staff.

You don't want to plan on going out in public after receiving a haircut at hair masters. one of the worst cuts I have ever received .and they discriminate
