Very poor service don't waste time and money. Had Groupon for microdrabation and hydration facial. But it was just for name . No proper massage not good facial. I feel like I have wasyeo my time and money. Never go there.

great customer service they were so nice to me . I had facial with moji she was so nice and take care of my skin then have 45 mint pedicure with rita the same day mariya did my hair I was so please everything done in one place . I will be back to see them again.

They are very rude and inconsiderate of your time. I was running late they told me to come in and 15 minutes its fine. I got there 1 minute late driving all the way from south of seattle and they flat out said we have to reschedule you. The front desk girl was rude and very disrespectful. I will never ever come back to there salon and will pass my experience to all my friends and family members. Worst People!!!!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time and money!!!!! The only reason they have groupon is because they dont have people. And should believed the bad reviews!!!!!!

Disappointed. Poor Customer service. I didn't receive a call or a message for appointment reminder. She say they would have called or left a voice mail. Im very sure i didn't receive either. I missed my appt and still my Groupon was redeemed. My appointment was at 9am.( i agree it was also my mistake to forgot the time may be i booked appt 2 months prior ) But i kept calling the shop for 2 days to know my appt time no one answered or returned my voice call. Still on my appt date i went in person to the shop opening time at 10am to check(shop timing in google is10am-7pm.) There were two ladies, i explained to them. She said the person who have to do my facial is not here..she has gone to doctor checkup and i will explain and make her to call you to fix next appointment. I didnt receive any call later and she happily redeemed Groupon without any service. Look like she was waiting for me not to show up and she can get to her personal work. And i lost my money. Atleast change your proper shop timing in Google details.
