Beware if you want to have hair left!
Jolene=The worst hairdresser I have ever been too. I am a military wife, so I have seen quite a few in my time!
I wanted to go from professional dye red hair (not box dye) to blonde highlights. I had photos of examples, and was very descriptive in my expectations. My initial 4/13/16 Highlight appointment went as expected.
When I went for the 2nd highlight appointment, my follow up 5/25/16, is when the disaster struck! I did call the following day after my appointment to ask why the back was not done and get my hair fixed. Jolene stated that I asked for a partial. I then reminded her I did not, I wanted the red hair gone. She couldn't see me for 2 more weeks, today 6/9/16. At this time I had not wash my hair yet...I did not know that the slime feeling in the shower was my hair falling out, upon my first shampoo!! My heart sunk upon seeing my damaged hair broken.
My hair has been way over processed by this hairdresser. I have been seen by multiple other hair dresser in this town since, that all state the same upon looking at my hair. I have now found a person to do repair treatment on my hair and I am stuck living with this damaged hair for some time now.
I went in today and spoke with her by MYSELF. She would not refund my money, saying she has no money and won't get checks for 2-10 days. All the while knowing and seeing the damage she caused. Making excuses and blaming all but herself. We all make mistakes it is in how you handle them is what makes a good business owner.
