I called and asked for an apt and they handed the phone to another stylist - they said they could squeeze me in. I said no, I have thick long curly hair, I need a full appointment. They gave me a time to come in and then I was informed I would be squeezed in.
Julie did not isten to what I wanted, rushed me into the chair, I felt uncomfortable with what she said she would do, and then she mocked me for clarifying. “Do you wanna spend $500 on your hair?” I felt bullied. She then proceeded to foil (which I told her was too expensive) and when she was done doing my dye, MY HAIR THE WRONG COLOR! I asked for blonde. She died it brown!!!
Then she proceeded to chop over 6 inches of my hair without even asking if I wanted the length. I was charged over $200 for a hair and dye that will take over 3 years to recover from.
Excuse the grammar, this was a few weeks ago and I couldn’t let it go. I’m not happy.
