I'd like to preface this review with the fact I have gotten two perms on the past from another business with no hitch whatsoever. I went to third dimension for a perm and haircut and it was an absolute nightmare. They scheduled my initial appointment at 6 pm, and the hairdresser rushed my perm since they closed at 8, forgetting a crucial step in the process. It ended up not taking. I called the salon for a redo and had to ask for the general manager. She said she would redo it herself in a week and was very kind. She ended up canceling the appointment on me and I had to wait another week to come in. Meanwhile, my husband went there for a basic haircut. He asked for them to trim the curls in the back and they shaved them off--a look Forest Gump wouldn't even appreciate (see picture) When it was finally time to get the perm, The gm decided to overdo it with the chemicals to ensure it would take this time. My head was absolutely doused with chemicals, causing a chemical burn on my forehead that is painful and unsightly (see other photo). My t-shirt was also doused. The ladies there were nice and I appreciate the attempt for service recovery but I'll never be back.

The ladies at the salon were extremely helpful. They were very polite and kind in helping find what was needed! I would recommend them!!

Amazing experience Lauran did amazing job fixing my hair after I used a box highlighting kit on it! She’s amazing highly recommend!

I was a walk-in. Was seen within 15 minutes. Maria is a delightful stylist. She listens to how you want your hair. She is courteous, personable, friendly and outgoing. I really like my hairstyle.
