I have been a client of Joann's for over 10 years. She has used her professional expertise on several areas of mine including sugaring all unwanted hair in several areas including eye brows and legs and also by performing electrolysis in several different areas. She has also preformed services on my daughter and I have ALWAYS been pleased with the results for both of us. Joann is a professional and has always been knowledgeable and patient when we are discussing what I'm wanting to do or anytime I have questions. She has a very calm demeanor making for a very relaxed almost spa like experience.

I have been going here for quite a while and my experience has been great. Joann is very friendly and professional and is fun to chat with. She has been extremely accommodating whenever I need to reschedule my appointments. She has also allowed me to "try out" treatments for free before committing to them, which is extremely nice of her. I go once a month for treatment and have no plans of finding anyone else!

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for sugaring or electrolysis! I have been going to Joann for several years, and she is always very professional, and does an excellent job. She is very accommodating, and has happily squeezed me in when she is able to when I've had unexpected schedule changes. Very thorough and professional, and reasonably priced!

I have been going to Joann for many years. She is professional, listens to what I want and friendly. Her salon is modern and very clean. Joann does excellent work and I highly recommend her!

Joann is professional, friendly and meticulous in her work. I highly recommend her for eyebrows, legs...whatever you need done. Even though I live elsewhere now, I try to schedule an appointment when Iâ€™m in Pullman. Sheâ€™s the best esthetician I have ever hadâ€”wish I could find someone of her caliber in my new town.
