What an amazing experience! Gerardo is truly an artist and a professional, in such an elegant and spotless salon. He listened to my ideas of what I wanted and executed the style I dreamed up and then some! It is easy to see why he has faithful customers and has been distinguished and lauded in his profession for years. I can't wait to go back to Benedetto Salon to decide what my new look will be!!

I saw Yvey Valcin for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment. I love it, I look perfect, and I can't wait for my hair to grow just to come and cut it again! Also, this is an easy to find spot with a welcoming atmosphere. You owe yourself a haircut from Yvey.

I had a bad experience at Benedetto Salon. My first haircut was great. When I went back for a second haircut, it was bad. At the time, I could not tell how bad it was until I returned home. I called and spoke with Mr. Benedetto. He was angry but he said that he would return my money. He said that it had to be done in person. When I went to his salon for the refund, he was out of town so I asked my credit card company to help. Mr. Benedetto told the credit card company that he would not return my money. Reneging on our agreement was rude, confusing and disappointing. I will not go to Benedetto's Salon again. (FYI-When he was cutting my hair he made a reference to male private parts.) On all accounts, I did not appreciate his lack of care and professionalism.
