I made an appointment over a week in advance-even stating I was open to multiple days and times if there was a rush hour to avoid. I understand that walk-ins can cause delay, but we waited nearly 45 minutes for our scheduled appointment. The wait wasn't that upsetting, things can get hectic unexpectedly in customer service. We were apparently the last customers of the day, so we set out toddler down for his first haircut. He was shy and pulling out electric clippers made him cringe a bit around his ears. He never cried nor tried to escape the seat, but the hairdresser stopped working on him when he tried to partially cringe his ear away from the clippers. We paid $20 for hair that was half cut, and then were rushed away so the hairdresser could leave for the day. I have nothing to recommend about this place. They seem to rely on kids who ignore everything just to watch tv,any exceptions are too much work.
