Left my hair uneven and ended up having to have it cut a second time to get it done right. The customer service is great, but I feel like maybe the standard for the barbers could be a bit higher

By far the best haircut I have had in Yakima ! Hannah was awesome ! Really appreciate the cut ....thank you ...never been to a sportsclips before, the system is awesome as well as the the services they offer ! And the fact that the pay attention to my cut and take notes ,means that after a couple more cuts I won't have to explain what I like ! And thats the most annoying part of a new place ....thank you !
