I've been going to this establishment ever since they opened in the Stadium district. My sons usually go to Men Industrial across the street from Freight House Square. On June 3rd I recommended for my son to get a haircut at your establishment, as I am a big fan of it. I know that accidents do happen, and unfortunately he received two cuts on his neck due to the haircut. Although my son flinched and it was an obvious cut, the hairstylist did not acknowledged it, no apologies, and charged him full price.
On June 4th I called in to complaint about it. Although the manager Kristy is not there at the moment, I was told that Leslie ( the manager for the Gig Harbor location) would follow up with me in regards to my concern. It is now June 7th and I have not yet received a call from anyone. As if this establishment does not care about their customer service and they do not seem to care to follow up with customer concerns.
The sad thing about all this is that they are opening a Sport Clips in University Place, which is very close to my house. And I also understand that Leslie is going to be the manager of the Sport Clips in University Place. As of right now, I have no intentions of being a customer of the Sport Clips in University Place. And I am seriously considering not ever returning to Sport Clips as a whole. It is a shame, cause until now, they have been great to me.
At this point I would like to be contacted not by Leslie, but by her manager. You are not only about to lose one customer, but 3.
Please make me feel like you care about each and every customer.
