Well I was a walk in I had told the owner Penny that wanted my hair highlighted blonde I did not want my my bangs cut and I only wanted an inch and a half took off my hair will she cut my bangs up to my eyebrows and she cut my hair up past my shoulders she did not highlight my hair she died my whole hair blonde and it burnt my hair and I had to go to the hospital because I have chemical burns on my neck four head and cheeks do not go to this place this haircut and dye cost me $85 on top of the cost for the emergency room visit from the chemical burns I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well
