Ok, not friendly at all. What business owner does NOT greet someone when they walk in the door. Not a word. To be fair, I didn’t make an appointment. I have very short hair and actually had a haircut two weeks ago somewhere else but I needed the top shorter and one side was longer that the other. She tells me that she can get me in about 20 minutes so I leave and come back 25 minutes later. When I returned she didn’t look up or say ‘it’ll be another few minutes’ or anything. Not a word. So I sat there for a half hour and I hear other ppl in the back. One lady was constantly clearing her throat... for thirty minutes. Idk, maybe she was the shampoo girl or maybe she was waiting for her own client but still not a word from anyone. One stylist and one client and they weren’t talking either. It was just uncomfortable and I felt like an intruder. I didn’t leave any review at all for the salon that screwed up my cut a little bit bc they were so friendly and I felt ‘part of the place’. But I will not go back to this place. The ‘Cut Above’ owner needs to learn to smile and greet ppl when they come thru the door.
