I got a good stylist here . Girl with super long hair didn't get name or card though . Price was good compared to lately only $20 she took the time to help me layer my short hair . I walked in with no appointment and she was really nice. Decent quick cut and had good scissors and thinning tool , liked it was adult salon and convienent location ,

Terrible customer service in person and over the phone. Attempted to stop in for a walk in appointment (there were no customers in the shop). The staff member said they were booked and that I need to call the day of to schedule an appointment. Walked by 30 minutes later and it was still empty. Called right when they opened today to be told they were booked. They very rudely stated I should make the appointment a day in advance and hung up before I could try to schedule another time.

went in to get my hair trimmed and thinned out. The stylist took an hour to comb my hair, and after she thinned it using the shears at my ear length, it looked poofy on top and I was not happy with it. she said it would look better after I washed it. it didn’t. like an idiot I scheduled an appointment for a few weeks later for another trim, and when I went there on wednesday at 6:30 pm (they are open until 9), there was a hand written sign on the door, “closed”. i will never go to a master cuts salon again.

August 28th at about 2 I went to style my hair and get a VERY simple v cut. Meaning no length should have been cut. And here I am 5 inches shorter without the original cut that I asked for. I thought the look would grow on me but it's not so I'm cancelling the payment on my card. I'm extremely unsatisfied. Don't waste your time or money here.

I specifically asked to leave my hair longer on my top scalp and she annihilated my hair. I even said wow that's short; do you think she even apologized? Nope. I said I used fiber to style; do you think I was offered it when done? Nope. No wash, barely time to even look at the cut afterwards. Never again.
