I was an awesome experience. The woman who did my hair was professional, very knowledgeable, and did an awesome job with my perm. I chose this place because it was a 5 star place and I have to say they did a 5 star job with my hair, I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much Altered Ego Salan

My 2 daughters and I came here on my birthday, to get pampered. Destiny cut and colored my 15 yr old daughter's hair, and it turned out wonderful. Exactly as she wanted. Destiny also cut my 19 yr old daughter's hair, and she was very pleased as well. Penni cut and colored my hair & eyebrows (which I was very happy about, because not all salons color eyebrows...). The cut was good, eyebrows great, and the color was pretty close to what I wanted. The problem arose when we got out to my vehicle and I looked in the mirror. (The reason for the 3 star rating.) After paying $160 just for me, I see all of my grays still on top of my head! That was the reason I needed the color to begin with. So I cried the whole way home. On my birthday. Maybe I needed to specify I wanted the gray covered...? Now looking for another salon to get the grays covered. Again. On a side note, both ladies were very friendly and professional. FYI - There is no longer an attached art studio, as I had read in other reviews. Another reason we originally chose this salon out of many, many salons. There are, however, a handful of art pieces in the salon.

Destiny has been my stylist for over 15 years. I just LOVE her creativity, her personality, her coloring of hair, how she will try to fit you in on short notice and how friendly everyone at Altered Ego are. I always tell Destiny to do whatever because I trust her that much with my hair. Destiny is an amazing person and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave! Altered Ego makes you feel right at home. Thanks for everything you do Destiny!

Altered Ego is the best "one stop shop" for everything beauty and beyond. Destiny is so talented and has treated my hair like It is her own. It's like walking into your friends house and gabbing with your girls! Becky, Penny and Mary are also great -- everything you need right there... and the boutique is beyond amazing. Altered Ego is the best!

The service and quality of this salon is superb. Very pleased with all i have gotten done here. Definitely coming again. Destiny does all of the latest color and hair trends! Walk out of the place rockin it!
