Vanessa is amazing

I absolutely recommend Vanessa at the Calumet st location. She helped me with a haircut that was chopped to pieces and made me feel better about my look when I left. I will be returning to her and her girls from now on. Thank you again Vanessa for my sos haircut!

Walked in to book an appointment and the tan overweight blonde says "we only do walk ins, it's first come first serve." She's a big fat liar because they have a "book now", with times on their website. I'm just walked out and will never be coming back. There are plenty of other options out there ✌️

I came in last minute hour and a half before closing and the wonderful lady's Britney and Vanessa helped me transition from 20-30inches down to a beautiful inverted bob very nice and helpful

So impressed with Michelle! Great haircut for the first time in a long time. Better than the last one I got at a different place that costed twice as much! Will definitely be coming back to her Oh and the guy who checked me in was so kind and looked so professional

Lost my phone at Walmart and had to go find it making me five mins late and she cancelled my appointment. Not a big deal she still managed to get me in. The women who did my hair was good and hair tho not exactly how I wanted it was still ok haircut although she wasn't very talkative or friendly

Friendly enough. Didn't say anything to the stylist as per my mother's wishes but my mom was given a different haircut then one that was pictured. I didn't say anything not only becuz my mom didn't want me to but also because hair grows back and $17 dollars isn't in my opinion to make a big deal about. Times are hard for everyone. I will say that it was my mom's choice to go there, but honestly smart styles can dress and update their salons all they want but I think they need to be giving the stylists in house classes and a specialist to help out. A In house teacher if you will. Has lots of potential for bettering and honing their skills and talents.
