What is wrong at Great Clips?

The salon is open 9-1 daily now?! Who is available between 9-1 on a weekday? I'm not taking off of work for a hair cut! I bought the discount card again... and cannot use it now. Either someone needs to get employees to keep the store open later, or I need a refund. That's ridiculous

Good place. It would be nice to have some regular stylists though. I've been here 7 times since it opened and I have had 6 different people cut my hair. I was only 100% satisfied 1 out of the 7 times. I understand that you have a certain amount of turnover when it comes to employees, but this place seems to have a revolving door.

I like going here for my hair cuts. They keep notes on what you like for haircuts. The prices are reasonable and very nice customer service.

They have great customer service, for the longest I was looking for a professional hairstylist who know how to handle my sons curly hair I was so happy to run into Myi, who took great care off my baby hair treated his curls and was able to to look nice and professional, I’ve been coming back ever since then

Made my daughter cry while combing the knots out aggressively.. didnt even stop to check on her or anything. Then completely botched her bangs. Im very upset about the whole thing.. will never go back.
