My sister had an appointment at Snips for her birthday but was gonna be late a few minutes. She calls the salon and says "Hello, I'm so sorry but I'm going to be a few minutes late, is that okay?" They respond saying "It's okay, we can still treat you." She gets there and they canceled her appointment. She gets upset because she's been waiting for this day for such a long time. The people at the front desk were very rude to my sister and didn't even try to make her feel better. She ends up crying and walks out. They are very disrespectful to their customers who are one second late, I don't recommend going there.

Vilai cut my husband's hair and did a fantastic job! She's knowledgeable about the current styles for both men and women and was easy to talk to about what is the best style for her client. I highly recommend Vilai!!
