If the barrier between you and cutting your own hair is the lack of scissors, a mirror, or one or more of your hands, Great Clips is a decent alternative.

I have been going to Great Clips in Eau Claire (Southside near Festival Foods) for over 10 years but I recently moved to Menomonie and decided to try the Great Clips closer to me now. It was honestly one of my worst haircuts. They did not listen to what I said at all and I walked away very unhappy. Tonight I went back to my Great Clips in Eau Claire where I left very happy. The girl who cut my hair in Menomonie Great Clips was very boring, did not hold a conversation with me at all and felt like she completely ignored what I was asking. I understand this line of work can be difficult however if she didn't understand what I meant she should have the courage to ask me again because I would rather have left with someone I liked.
