Get my 5 and 6 year olds hair cut there for about 2 years. I also get my hair cut there as well. Ive been happy with both the cost and service. Ericka is a pleasure and great with the kids.

I've always been told you can't make appts. Here. This morning I get there 15 minutes before they open. 1st in line. A woman behind me was " on the books " and I would have to wait 45 minutes. What a croc !!!! . I said you don't take appts how is she in front of me.? No reason......was told "they " put her on the books. Who the he'll are THEY ? I was speaking to the manager....no go. We'll you can take down the now hiring sign as you won't have any customers soon. I know I will NEVER return...went down the street to great clips and was very pleased with service and the cut. ...hey cost cutters.....KISS MY .........

Had a 3:15 appt and 3:30. Was there 5 minutes early and they took a young girl who was late. 3:45 rolls around with no word that they are running behind, I go to ask how much longer and get a generic 5-10 minutes. We left and barely an apology. Will not return

I had a hair cut one day she was rushy and made is seem like I was and unconvince whe. People started walking in the door. When I told her I didn't like it she got snappy. She fixed some of it I still didn't like it I went back to get it back fixed and colored the lady did an amazing job coloring my hair love it and she fixed it. It wasn't comfortable though like we sat in silence the whole time and when I asked her questions it seemed to annoy her.
