I have only received excellent care at The Establishment. The place has a fun vibe and the few stylists I've seen have been great. It is always clean and they offer water, tea, or coffee prior to your haircut. Prices vary by which stylist you see as they individually set their rates.

I've been coming to The Establishment for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Everyone here is absolutely amazing, and Ali is hands down the best thing that has ever happened to my hair.

I’m very picky when it comes to my hair, yet from the very first cut I had with Jessica, I was totally blown away! She is uber creative and talented and I feel so lucky to have found her. I give her very little direction and she just does her thing, the end result always being a style that is so me. She’s the best of the best!

This was my first time and Shannon was my stylist. She was so wonderful and very detailed making sure everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I think I just found my girl, i will definitely be back and recommending this place. :))

Fantastic!! I had a needed my hair done last minute for a wedding & Kara was so amazing & professional! Everyone said I looked beautiful & “Hollywood”! Can’t get any better than that!!
