$76 for the most bogus mani/pedi i have ever received in my life. Two of us wanted shellac but they only had one lamp so I decided I would settle for just the basic nail polish. My nail tech suggested i use the vinyl polish because it would stay on for at least 7 days with no issues, 2 days later it was chipping -for the record, I wasnt doing dishes or any hard work that would make it chip...i went to a wedding - And not to mention their polish selection is very small. The nail polish was applied unevenly, they didn't clean up the cuticles or around the nail beds or even under the nails and when me and my sister brought our concerns to their attention they refused to acknowledge them and tried to play it off as our fault. They claim to be an affordable spa with quality services compared to "discount salons", however, every "discounted salon" I have been to has done an extremely better job compared to tesoro at half the price and would gladly fix my nails for FREE if there was an issue. But not tesoro, they blame the customers for their unacceptable job. They claimed we were late (we were 10 minutes early), and because we walked in asking for shellac they were "unprepared" and then had to move things around to accommodate us which they made clear was too much of a hassle for them. By the end of the appointment my sister's nail tech was rushing because her husband was waiting outside for her so they could go to a party. Our nails clearly show the lack of care that was put in to our session. If I could give them negative stars I would. Now I'm going to the "discount salon" so they can give me a real manicure.
