Mama Cissie is money hungry & rude as HELL! The ladies are nice & do good work but I rather take a 10-15 longer drive and get better customer service and treated like my money matters instead of just another head to do! Mama Cissie is a turn off & she is the owner!

1 star for good quality braiding. They lost points due to the poor quality of the hair they provide poor customer service and horrible treatment of their customers by the owner. I was quoted one price when I called and another when I got there so I was $20 short. I had to run across the street to get the money and Mama Cisse told me I had to leave my $400 Coach purse with her until I got back. Mind you I had already handed her $220 cash. They also told me I was getting human hair. Instead I got s8me cheap synthetic hair that I had to put in hot water myself to get a curl. I'm not going back there ever!! Pretty Lady hair braiding is my favorite place to go!

Took my sister here to get her hair sewed in and styled and it was the biggest mistake! Waste of time, money and the staff is rude as hell! She paid $120 just to get the weave sewed in? They didn't style it or flat iron it or anything! They lied to her from the beginnnig saying yes they could style it and sew it in just to get the money! This is by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced as well! After I asked the older lady do they at least flat iron it she proceeded to try arguing with my little sister stating that she was here yesterday (which was incorrect seeing that she was at work)? I would never in a million years come here or any hair shop for that matter and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time or hard earned money at this shop! I'm so disgusted with not only her hair but the level of disrespect we encountered here. I wish it was something further I could do because no one should be treated as such or waste their time and money in a unprofessional place!!!!
