No stars need to be an option. Either you take appointments or you don’t. These folks need to make up their minds and make it clear to the customers. I went in at 130 and was told they are booked until 4 and that I should come back then. I said I’ll make an appointment for 4 then, and was told they don’t take appointments. I asked if I were to return at 4 if I’d get my haircut at that time and was told, “no, we are a walk in shop only.” I then asked how they can be a walk in only but they’re booked three hours out with only 3 customers waiting? Makes no sense how they run what they call a “ reservation.” They then told me it was corporate who doesn’t allow them to take appointments......Corporate doesn’t allow it in an attempt to prevent the exact experience I was having. I dont get it and I will never be back as this is the fourth time I’ve been through this “appointment, but it’s not really an appointment” conversation with these folks. Here’s an idea for management - if you are, as you say, walk in only, you give folks a time estimate and that estimate holds unless you leave the business. Once you leave you cannot come back 3 hours later and butt in to the front of the line. It creates a lot of pissed off customers (this happened to me at this location as well). When I go to a restaurant and there’s a long wait I either leave or stay there and wait. All this for a GD haircut!

I came in on 3/6/18 had Angie layered and feathered my hair she did a great job,when I walked in i was greeted right away even when there was five other people in there, both ladies were wonderful

Sandy was SO nice! They are short staffed here, so she was alone. But-she gave me her full attention and what a kind person! I happily gave her my ideas and she had me "check" her work because SHE WANTED ME TO BE HAPPY( for all you who complain you have to "tell them what to do"-duh! It's YOUR hair). I intend to contact Regis to ask them to help with staffing. I have been to the other cost cutters in the area. I confess Sandys location is now my go to. Fast, Fun, Friendly service
