I see Emily when I go for a cut and style and I couldn't have a friendly more experienced stylist....this last time.it had been almost 10 months since my last visit and she still remembered our conversation from prior and who I was. I love when your noticed as more than just a customer. I also love that I can throw a few ideas at her and tell her to have fun and she does just that and gives the perfect style to fit your face. Its also very nice inside and has a classy feel.

Paid 300 almost 400 for a hair die job. It was supposed to be black dark auburn foiled in. It initially came out Carmel looking which i handled but 2 days later it turned flaming orange. I went in and asked what i was doing wrong since i bought 100 of product figured it shouldnt be doing this. Was told they could fix it and I was even willing to pay but then they came back refused to fix it and told me i had to wait until a manager was available the following week. Needless to say i took my business elsewhere got exactly what i had originally asked for from the new salon gor a mere 100. Biggest waist of time and money will never go back.

Only a few of the girls there do a great job on hair and seem happy doing it. The rest of them are stuck up and sound annoyed. Unprofessional. Last time I went there, my hair was all kinky and unwashed and I assumed they would wash my hair before cutting it, but the stylist, Andi, barely straightened my hair and when she cut it, it was cut crooked. I ended up having to go to another salon to have my haircut fixed. I hope the girls who actually have a passion for doing hair will move on to a better hair salon where they can show their talent. This place does not deserve the few that are good at their job.
