Horrible experience. I have had more bad experiences getting my hair cut professionally, so rarely do I go to pamper myself. I decided to try Ulta salon during breast cancer awareness month. The girl cutting my hair was shaking so bad and kept "excusing" herself. She then disappeared altogether and some other lady decided to finish my hair. It was a simple Bob, but they still managed to cut it uneven and I had to go somewhere else to get fixed. Don't go here even on free haircut days! The Ulta in Plover is well worth the trip. Everytime I go in there everyone is on the floor helping customers

Kathy the GM is the worst person! She’s clueless about makeup, can’t run a store, and says very rude and offensive things. She’s the reason my friends and I do not shop at the rib Mountain location. Update: Kathy no longer works there.

ULTA manement needs to hire better sales/customer service reps. Went on Friday evening, was never greeted, shopped for 30 mins, waiting for assistance, 2 store employees came right by me and didn't even bother to ask if I needed help, i ended up trying on the products myself and then HAD to look for an associate for assistance. This store has the poorest customer service! This will be my first and last visit to this store. Smh.

The ladies were so nice & helpful! They helped my mom who never wears makeup- learn about makeup and find her the best of the best! & they were out of the tarte free gift purchase, so they gave me something else! They were so sweet 😍 Always a great experience! Love this store!
