Another client who will not be coming back.

Another client who will not be coming back. I've been there three times. The first time I asked for low lights and highlights, and I received what I ordered, asked for and paid for. The next two trips, although I asked for lowlights and highlights, I got a full head of color with a few highlights. This last time, last week, they ruined my hair, the cut is horrible, there are maybe two highlights and a head full of dark brown hair when I am typically blonde. Why do they have you submit the request of what you want online and then not honor your wishes? For over $200 with tip, you would think they would be more willing to at least fix the hair they messed up, but when I called, I was told they cut put in a few more highlights for another $90!! I am not paying $300 for something they did wrong. I emailed them a few days later and have yet to get a response. It concerns me that they do not seem to care about keeping clients happy.

I was looking for a place to get my hair colored for my baby shower. Online booking was easy and Caysie was my stylist. She was super friendly and talented and my hair came out amazing! I showed up with a few different pictures and she came up with something that worked perfectly for me. She even knew how to fade my undercut which is something stylists in the past didn’t know how to do. So happy with my hair now and I will definitely be back to see her!
