I've been going here for years. I only come in for trimming split ends so I've only ever needed 1"-2" taken. I was going over my info with a stylist I've never had, I'm mixed, don't relax my hair anymore, only ever straighten it for haircuts, it looks dry straight but it's much healthier when it's curly (the last comment because she commented how terrible my hair looked and was SO dry and only 1" won't do it any justice). As I'm finishing she already has my hair clipped up, sprays and makes the first cut before I got a chance to say I need a dry cut, so I told her hoping she would finish the rest dry. She unclipped the top and said, oh well since I already sprayed it let me add leave in conditioner and sprayed some all over. As she's trying to rush to comb through and cut I can feel the resistance from my hair and by the time she finished it was all curly again.

Closed 2 hours earlier than scheduled. I was allowed to check in online and everything, got there on time and was met with locked doors. No notice on their website or anything that they would be closing early, just a paper sign on their door.

Friendly stylists. Restroom B-. Quick walk-in service!! Ask for the blonde female stylist...16 years experience. Also, ask for the male stylist, "Stew" (?). Haircut only, was $15. Dislike that their website fails to list pricing. Boo.

I've been coming to this location for the last couple years and never had an issue with the service until yesterday. The red headed guy that works there was absolutely terrible. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait which was fine, but during that time I could hear this employee in the back complaining about the woman who does scheduling and how he "hasn't started a single time" since working there. About 5 minutes later he comes up and calls my name for the haircut and the only words I got out of him after asking how he was, was "I'm tired". The rest of the haircut he didnt speak a word and aggressively hacked away at my head. He kept sighing like he was pissed off, kept checking his watch, and sped through the entire thing. He scratched my scalp with the comb, dug the clippers into the back of my neck, and was so violent with the texturing scissors that he ended up taking out chunks of hair with it and had to cut my hair even shorter to blend in the error. I went in with a full head of hair and left looking like I'm balding. If you ever go there, DON'T LET THE RED HEADED GUY TOUCH YOUR HAIR.
