I had no experience here despite calling for an appointment. I walked in and no one greeted me. The place only had two staff in there and one was doing foils and one was doing nails on another lady. I understand you are busy, but an acknowledgment of ones presence is pretty standard when walking into a place of business. I made an appointment because I had several other appointments on my only day off this week before business trips to Chicago and Florida. After waiting 15 minutes I had to ask the manicurist about my appointment. She wasn’t overtly rude, but there also wasn’t any apology for making me wait. She said she would be with me in about 10 minutes. I had another appointment and was concerned about making that. At first I thought I would wait, but after hearing some whispers from the back I did not want to give this place my money or suffer through a fake conversation with someone who didn’t seem interested in my business.
